Objectives of warranty, support
- Meet the terms of support in the contract of system construction.
- Monitor the process of using the application, noting the errors of processing speed and proceed with fixing error if necessary.
- Acknowledge the errors and suggest changes during use, conduct fixing error of application if necessary.
Warranty period
- If you use the service maintaining our web hosting, website warranty will be free during use. Other cases are entitled to 01 year of free warranty.
Forms of product warranty, maintenance support
- Our technical staff will carry out fix error or problems of website and website hosting - hosting as receiving a notice thereof from the customer.
- Or other forms of remote support such as telephone, email, live chat ... for the simple errors
Note:
1. Scope of warranty: warranty is limited to fix function error built by us (functions are specified in the contract signed with customer).
2. Scope of warranty does not cover error due to following causes:
- Error of other programs, system software, operating system software, network software (e.g. Windows ...)
- Error of data and hardware.
- Error due to improper operation in accordance with user manual, due to unintentional negligence.
- Error due to fire/explosion, natural disasters due to environment.
