1. Users are solely responsible and guarantee with us for their Web Site on server in lawful purposes, especially in following cases:
1.1. Do not use server in any purpose / form violating the law of Vietnam, especially in issue of software copyright, song copyright… also take responsibility for controlling and prohibiting others to do it on customer’s website.
1.2. User is not authorized to send, create link or act as intermediary of:
(a) Any type of data that is unlawful, threatening, misunderstanding, revengeful, distorting, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive ... or in other forms prohibited under any way.
(b) Any type of data that constitutes or encourages criminal forms; or data violating patent law, trademarks, design rights, copyright or any intellectual property rights or other rights of any individual.
1.3. Users are not authorized to send bulk emails in purpose of destruction from our server or network and do not recommend some site located in our server using bulk email.
1.4. Users are not authorized to use the program of ability causing system congestion or stagnation, such as causing exhaustion of system resources, overloading the processor and memory.
2. We have the right to remove account, which we deem inappropriate at your site without prior notice. We do not accept software that your do not prove the copyright belongs to you, unlocking guiding software, bad information or music (MP3, Video ...) with copyright of uploading person is not proven.
3. Users keep safe identification information, password or other confidential information relating to your account and immediately notify us when you detect any form of unauthorized access with your account or any negligence of security, including loss, stealing or disclosure of information on password and other confidential information.
4. Users comply with procedures we offer and will not use the server in purposes could affect our customers.
5. Users should ensure all mails sent must comply with applicable laws (including law on information protection) and forms of security.
6. Any access to other networks linked with our network must comply with respective laws of those networks.
7. While we use possible measures and best efforts to ensure the integrity and security of the server, we do not guarantee in case the server is undermined by illegal users or hackers and we are not responsible for cases of loss, wrong address or other errors of email.
8. If you violate the payment of costs, above mentioned regulations, we may suspend services and / or immediately terminate the contract without prior notice.
9. We will not refund any amount due to stop of service because of violations by users in above mentioned categories.
10. Provider will refund in case of non supply for discontinued operation.
