SETUP YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT (POP3) IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
1. Select Menu Tools\E-mail Accounts
2. Choose as follow
3. Continue as below
4. Fill in information as example below, In Incoming mail server (PO3) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) text box, fill in mail.yourdomainname (example: mail.tinthanhonline.com), then click More Settings
5. Select Tab Outgoing Server, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, click OK to return.
6. click Test Account Settings to test your account.
7. If you get 5 blue check like below then your setting is correct, click Close, Next and Finish
8. Click Send/Receive to Send/Receive email.
